SOR’UN which emerged from the in-house entrepreneurship program with the purpose of becoming “Whatsapp” of the companies, has become a platform which can manage digital communication channels of brands from a single place. As the communication habits of the consumers change, we became a company aiming to change the style of communication of brands with their customers.
We dreamt of bringing together all the brands designing a mobile application in 2014. We experienced some problems regarding the application. These problems were about the preferences of the users.The experience we had has been the reason we made the right choices in the coming years. Today, we positioned our company in the technology sector at an important place by establishing true cooperations and partnerships.
With Chatbots supported by artificial intelligence and natural language processing, we design the best customer experience for different sectors by bringing together all communication channels in one digital platform. Brands using the infrastructure of SOR’UN, answer the questions or meet the demands coming from WhatsApp, Webchat or any digital platform through ChatBot or support teams.
In this story that we set off with 4 people in 2016, now we are a big family of 35 people. We give service to more than 30 brands in Turkey and we are rapidly expanding overseas. We want to show the success we attained in Turkey in Europe and Middle East as well. Our aim is to produce solutions with the same dynamism, to minimize the setbacks between the brands and the users and to present a new experience to the users beyond borders.
